I've built something successful, but I'm running on fumes. The results are there. The rest is not. I'm starting something new or pivoting, and I want to build it from a different place than I've built before. I know I'm capable of more. Something keeps stopping me before I get there, and I can't figure out what it is. On paper, everything looks fine. Internally, something is off, and it's starting to leak into my work and relationships.

In my business or career. I keep hitting the same ceiling or burning out every time I reach a new level. In my relationships. The same dynamic keeps playing out with different people. In my body. Chronic stress, exhaustion, insomnia, health issues that show up when I'm pushing hard. With money. I can make it, but I can't keep it, rest with it, or stop hustling for the next dollar. In the way I trust myself. I second-guess my decisions, over-research, and delay action. In my ability to rest. I don't know how to stop. My nervous system doesn't feel safe slowing down.

What have you already tried to fix this? Therapy, coaching, courses, books, breathwork, journaling, manifestation, a full rebrand of your life. All of it counts. What's worked? What hasn't?

What does rest look like for you right now? Be honest. *

Rest? I don't have a relationship with rest. I rest when my body forces me to. I'm trying. But rest still feels unproductive, and I feel guilty when I stop. I take the vacations and baths, but I never actually feel rested. My mind is always going. I'm learning, slowly. But I need support in making it sustainable, not performative.
