The list still has to get done. By you.
Your foot is on the gas and the brake at the same time.
The money lands, the days are full, and you still don't feel like you've made it.
You think the word for what's coming might be burnout.
You get the massage. A day later the tension is right back in the same spot.
The foot on the gas and the brake at once. Hold that, because that is the whole thing right here. A body pressing both pedals at the same time, so long it does not know there was ever another way to drive.
Think of a fuse in an electrical circuit. Years ago something happened, and your nervous system did what it was built to do, it cut the current to keep you safe. It blew the fuse on purpose, because staying switched-off was safer than staying lit.
And here is the part that matters, it never learned the other thing. It learned how to clench and how to push, it never learned how to let down.
So your body does not know what settled feels like. Not because something is wrong with you, but because it has never once been allowed to feel it.
You cannot drop into a state your body has never been shown.
Ninety-seven percent of what runs your life is subconscious. So when you decide, on top, that you will rest now, slow down now, the part underneath has no idea how, and it wins every time.
Nobody ever taught the part of you that runs the show how to come down off the gas without slamming the brake.
The overgiving feels good, you get thanked for it. The next milestone feels good, you get the hit even when it cost you your evening and your body. Saying yes to the thing you should have declined feels good in the moment, productive, generous, like the right call.
It feels good, so your system reads that as proof you're doing the right thing, and files it under keep going.
And the culture claps for all of it. The woman who never rests, never eats, never stops, she's the one we hold up. So the pattern feels good and looks good and everyone confirms it, which is exactly why it's so hard to see.
It hides the root and shows you the surface.
Three sessions across six weeks. A focused descent, in person, just the two of us.
We map where it lives. The exact places your body never comes down, the foot always half on the gas, the moments you clench without noticing. The real shape of a system that has not let down in years.
We go underneath it, to the place the fuse blew. The moment your body decided letting down was not safe. This is the root, the part the other work could explain but never reach.
Understanding the root does not teach your body anything, so we don't stop there. We teach your nervous system, in real time, that it is safe to come down off the gas without slamming the brake. You leave knowing what settled feels like, because your body has finally felt it.
Sessions run 90 to 120 minutes, in person, in the Middle Tennessee area.
You won't leave with a 12-step plan or a worksheet, or one more thing you understand and still cannot do. You'll leave with a body that knows what settled feels like, because it will have felt it, with me, in the room, maybe for the first time.
That is the thing none of the rest of it could give you. The current was always yours. You just get to stop pressing the brake against it.
Before I learned how to regulate my nervous system, I was so exhausted at the end of the day and I would get half as much done. Yesterday at 3:30 I was literally done with everything, and I didn't even feel exhausted. I still felt energized.
I work with women who look like they have it together and feel, underneath, like the current never stops running. My work goes past the mindset and into the body, to the place the pattern actually lives. This is the work I do, in private, one-on-one, and it is the work that finally lets you down off the gas.
Three private 1:1 sessions, 90 to 120 minutes each, across six weeks, in person. Plus support between sessions as you integrate.
Regularly $1,999. For the summer, $999.
This is private, just you and me, so I only take a few one-on-one clients at a time. When the summer space is taken, it's taken.
Sessions are in person, in the Nashville, Franklin, and Murfreesboro area. Once you're accepted and enrolled, we'll schedule your three sessions across the six weeks. You apply first, we make sure it's a fit, and then we begin.
I take a few private clients at a time. Tell me where you're at, and if it's a fit, I'll be in touch about next steps.
We map where your body never lets down, we go underneath to the place it learned to clench, and then we teach your nervous system that it's safe to come down. Surface, descent, integration. You leave having felt settled, not just understanding why you couldn't.
Most of that work helps you understand why you're like this. Understanding is not the same as capacity. You can know exactly why your body clenches and your body keeps holding on anyway, because the part that has to learn to let down doesn't live in your thinking mind. That's the part we teach.
Both, because they were never separate. The way you run your business is the way your nervous system runs you. Change the root and the business changes with it.
Because this is somatic, it happens in your body in real time, with me there to feel where you're holding and help you let it go. That part doesn't come through a screen, and it doesn't come from a book.
Three sessions of 90 to 120 minutes across six weeks, plus integration in between.
That's what the application is for. If you're done treating the symptom and you want the truth more than you want comfort, tell me where you're at, and we'll find out together.
